Our quality management system...

Our company was built on a sound management system that complied with, and was accredited to the 1994 standard of ISO 9000.

The new ISO standard resembles well known quality models with its new found focus on “process”, “customer satisfaction” and “continual improvement”.

Apex completed the transition to the new standard in February 2004, and used this opportunity to move the management system onto our intranet.
